TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

The Support and Repair Department is committed to utilizing the latest and most updated technology to further enhance the development of students throughout the Lafayette Parish School System.

Using the links on the left side of the screen, you can easily view the Staff in Support and Repair, FAQ and other documents the staff have posted for easier and more efficient troubleshooting.  You can also view the Technicians school zones; that is, what technician is assigned to what school. 

If you need any assistance, please submit a work order through your local site administration, ie: Principal, Supervisor.  After a work order is submitted, you may request assistance by contacting the technician assigned to the school.  Please remember, all work orders are evaluated and serviced as soon as possible.  You must have a work order before any work can be performed.

Sign Up for Technology Classes!
Are you looking to brush up on your technology skills, or would you like to learn about new and emerging technologies to enhance instruction? Lafayette Parish offers free technology classes for all employees. Classes typically meet for three hours from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, at the Technology Center located at the central office. New classes are currently posted on Coursewhere.
